Kyle Gazay is a co-founder of Diamond Foundry, the US-based unicorn that makes lab-grown diamonds and which is also the world’s first diamond producer to be certified carbon neutral. He has worked at Diamond Foundry since its launch, and held several roles there, including being COO as well as president of productionCurrently, Gazay oversees all diamond production at the company. Gazay’s expertise is in engineering and production. He has a decade’s track record in working with any equipment to obtain a robust and repeatable baseline output.Like the other co-founders of Diamond Foundry, Gazay previously worked at Nanosolar, a $640m US-based solar power technology provider, which later folded due to pressure from cheaper competition in China. At Nanosolar, Gazay led the development of its production line, and oversaw the translation of the company’s research into development and baseline production output. Upon the closure of Nanosolar, Gazay joined former Nanosolar CEO Martin Roscheisen and former Nanosolar engineer Jeremy Scholz in pivoting to work on lab-grown diamonds, and in establishing Diamond Foundry.

Martin Roscheisen is an American-Austrian tech entrepreneur. He is CEO and  co-founder of US-based unicorn Diamond Foundry, the first certified carbon-neutral producer of lab-grown diamonds. He has worked there since 2012, prior to the company’s official establishment in 2013.Roscheisen holds a PhD in computer science from Stanford University, where his classmates included Google founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin. He is one of the first generation of internet entrepreneurs, and has been involved in starting a number of companies. Before starting Diamond Foundry, Roscheisen headed the $640m solar startup Nanosolar from 2002–2010 as its CEO and founder. This was Silicon Valley's first solar power tech startup financed by American venture capital and, at the time, the highest-valued solar startup.When Nanosolar closed due to cheaper competition from China, much of its remaining technical expertise and resources went to setting up Diamond Foundry.In addition, Roscheisen was also formerlyCEO and the founder of eGroups. One of the first social media platforms to reach 50m users, the firm was acquired by Yahoo!.CTO and co-founder of enterprise software firm TradingDynamics, which sold to Ariba for $1.2bn.CTO and co-founder of FindLaw, a leading Internet legal site eventually sold to Thomson Reuters.In 2003, Fortune Magazine named Roscheisen one of America’s 40 Under 40, and one of the top 10 entrepreneurs in the country.

George Sumantri was born into a 60-year old family jewelry business. A graduate from Universitas Tarumanegara in Jakarta, George decided that the jewelry business was in his blood. Armed with a professional accreditation in Diamonds and Colored Stones Grading from the Gemological Institute of America, he finally realized his dream of owning a jewelry business, PT Orori Indonesia, in 2002. He launched Orori’s online store in 2006, the first online jewelry store in Indonesia. Encouraged by the success of the online business, he closed down all of the Orori offline stores in 2012 to become a fully online business.

Taking a calculated risk, jewelry maker and retailer Orori went fully e-commerce and disrupted the conservative jewelry industry in Indonesia.

Sudarmin Then started his career as a game developer with fellow university alumnus Kris Antoni in 2009. They started to create free-to-play Flash-based games under the banner of Toge Productions, which has now grown into a full-fledged games development and publishing studio. Sudarmin studied games development at Murdoch University, Australia, graduating in 2007. He also enrolled at Indonesia's Bina Nusantara University, graduating in 2008 with a degree in Multimedia Studies.

Telmo Güell is a young entrepreneur responsible for the business development of The Beemine Lab, the first biotechnology company in Spain to produce cannabidiol-based cosmetics. He founded the company in 2018. Güell started his studies in Philosophy but he soon realized he was more fascinated by design and computer programming and so chose to specialize in JavaScript Fullstack and UX. Passionate about bees, he decided to start a project that would support beekeeping and address the risk of bee extinction. By combining bees with the cannabis plant, he founded The Beemine Lab, using bees to pollinate cannabis plants and cannabis pollen to sustain populated beehives.The Beemine Lab products are today sold in pharmacies, para-pharmacies and via Amazon Spain, as well as on the company’s e-commerce page.

Video game developer Kris Antoni Hadiputra had his start creating mobile games at Matahari Studios in 2008. In 2009, he teamed up with fellow developer Sudarmin Then to create their own games under the banner of Toge Productions, creating their first hit, the zombie-themed game Infectonator within its first year. Toge Productions has since grown to become a full-fledged game development and publishing studio. Kris graduated from Murdoch University, Australia in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in Games Art and Design.
